Rockin’ Zero® is counting it down. We are working to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable dogs and cats by raising awareness and funds to support best practice spay-neuter programs. Rockin’ Zero® supports BARC, a St. Louis area, non-profit, all volunteer group dedicated to promoting and providing spay/neuter surgeries for pets of low-income families. BARC is currently the only spay-neuter organization in St. Louis that is employing all of the best practices that have led to zero euthanasia elsewhere. BARC has rocked more than 71,000 spay/neuters for pets of low-income families since October 2003.
